RESIDENTIAL BUILDING CARETAKER SERVICES
At Just George we offer both Live-in and Live-out Residential Building Caretaker Services. As well as Emergency on call after-hours and weekend services. We cater to all the needs that different Strata corporations would request.Some of the responsibilities of our Building Caretaker Services include:
– In office work; responding to various emails
– On-call telephone during working hours, as well as evenings and weekends
– Programming of key fobs
– Programming of intercomes
– Operating building security camera systems
– Assisting contractors
– Assisting Move-ins and outs
– Assisting tenants with daily needs/requests
– Overseeing the Building as a whole on a daily basis
– Daily shift logs
CONCIERGE SERVICES
At Just George, our concierge services cover all your needs for your Strata and Commercial properties. Seeing that all properties have their own unique needs and requirements, we are more than happy to shape our services to serve the strata councils, management companies, and residents with whom we work with.Some of the responsibilities that our concierges services cover include:
– Control building access
– Patrol all common areas, including parking and amenities
– Monitor the security system
– Enforce the specific Strata by-laws and deal with any complaints
– Regulate the visitor parking
– Supervise move-ins and move-outs
– Receive packages and deliveries for residents that are away
– Respond to fire and other emergency alarms
– Assist with telephone and cable installers and other trades people
– Put together daily shift reports and incident reports to log all common area problems and other unusual occurrences
